We Make Sure You Are in Compliance.
The current employee benefit landscape is full of evolving laws, rules and regulations that are making it increasingly difficult for businesses to remain compliant. PF Compass continually delivers expert support and timely information that in turn limits the risk and liability as a result of unintentional errors or non-compliance.
Our resident compliance experts can help you identify areas of risk and subsequently help you develop strategies to help you avoid areas of non-compliance. All new clients will automatically be assessed by our compliance team to see if there are any compliance issues that will need to be mitigated. Once our team has found a potential issue, we can develop a strategy that keeps your healthcare plans compliant.
If you work with PF Compass, you will automatically be notified of any information regarding changes in healthcare laws and regulations. You will be sent electronic alerts summarizing changes to laws and regulations any time news becomes available.
Optional services include preparation of ERISA plan documents and summary plan description, and delinquent Form 5500 filing services.
