Client Relationship Manager: HRA Specialist

What I do

A pivotal role for me is assisting clients with all aspects of their enrollments and specialty claims paperwork. I also processes internal requests for updated coverage information and provide translation for our Spanish-speaking clients. I have a strong focus on ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Why I love it

My love for her work stems from the fast-paced and dynamic environment I operates in. I encounter unique challenges on a daily basis and I’m pushed to find creative yet compliant solutions to address client issues. Being part of a company that embraces the concept of being a “work family” further enhances my experience.

Before PF Compass

I joined PF Compass immediately after college, embarking on my professional journey as a working mother. Prior to my college years, I had worked with developmentally challenged children and adults, developing a passion for making a positive impact on others’ lives. Today I remain committed to giving back to the community and supporting charities that focus on mental health, and Alzheimer’s research.

Outside PF Compass

Outside of my professional life, I finds immense joy in being a mother to three remarkable young women and a cherished “Mimi” to my precocious 4-year-old granddaughter.
I enjoys stand-up comedy, and find laughter to be a source of joy. I also love the tranquility of spending quality time at the beach.


I am passionate about making a positive impact in both my professional and personal life. I have trouble putting words to how much I love being part of the PF Compass family. I am truly blessed and thankful.
