What I do

I assist clients in submitting all paperwork for enrollments and specialty claims. Process internal requests for updated coverage information. Translate for Spanish speaking clients. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Why I love it

Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment provides unique challenges daily. Finding creative but compliant ways to address client issues drives me to be my full self at work. Being part of a company that truly embraces the idea of being a “work family” makes our experience truly unique.

Before PF Compass

I have worked for PF Compass for 19 years. I was hired directly out of college and began my journey as a working mother. Prior to attending college, I worked with developmentally challenged children and adults.

Outside PF Compass

I am a mother of 3 amazing young women and a “mimi” to my precocious 4-year-old granddaughter. I enjoy stand-up comedy and have a true passion for charities supporting mental health, Alzheimer’s research, and people with developmental challenges. I also like to relax at the beach!


I have trouble putting words to how much I love being part of the PF Compass family. I am truly blessed and thankful.
